Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
Dronuj.com and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Conditions for Refunds
You can always change your mind and ask for refund of the purchase before you receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. For being eligible for a refund after the products are shipped, you should provide the reasons for lack of satisfaction by email to [email protected]
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
